This workshop invites participants to explore and address eco-anxiety through creative expression, guided by healing plants.
Whether we call it eco-anxiety, climate distress, ecological grief or another name, there’s no denying the weight of emotion that can overwhelm anybody faced with the bad news impacting our planet. As powerless as we may sometimes feel, that very emotion can in fact be our friend.
In this group workshop, we will work through ways to understand and work through eco-anxiety, and in the process invite healing plants to be our guides as we write, scribble and splash with wild plant inks and explore what emerges.
The workshop fee includes general admission to the Green Women Festival, granting access to talks, booths, and goodie bags. The workshop will be conducted bilingually.
